SDRI was created to become one of the premiere real estate and hospitality development companies in Panama and eventually throughout Central America. With the goal of creating socially and environmentally responsible developments creating value not just for its shareholders but for the companies future clientele as well as our neighbors and the local community at large.

SDRI and its JV Partners began looking at development opportunities throughout the Caribbean and both Central and South America dating back to 2005. After much diligence the decision was made that Panama would be the country of choice and before the end of 2006 properties were being acquired. The decision was made to invest and to plan for future development through Panama.
