OUR PROPERTIES

We have properties and planned development sites in Colon (beachfront) in the Costa Abajo. As well as in highland properties in Chiriqui and the bulk of the portfolio lies off of the Caribbean coast of Panama in the Archipelago of Bocas del Toro. With several properties located on both Isla Colon and Bastimentos Island the company is poised with several of the most beautiful properties in the entire region. On Bastimentos Island SDRI and its partners own Polo Beach, Peters and property on Wizard Beach (Playa Primera).

Properties on Isla Colon include a small apartment building, restaurant and two beachfront development sites. Additionally, SDRI promotes tourism in Bocas and runs and organizes tours from its base of operations on Isla Colon out of Casa Del Mar. Casa Del Mar can be rented out for the day, overnight use and extend stays. From there as a hub we have now for over 10 years straight offered guided nature hikes, snorkeling tours and also guided boat tours through third party operators to our many beautiful island and beachfront properties mentioned above on Bastimentos. As well we can arrange for guests of the Casa Del Mar other great excursions unrelated to our properties such as sat trips to Zapatillas, Dolphin Bay, Fishing expeditions and everything else Bocas has to offer.
