SDRI and its JV Partners began looking at development opportunities throughout the Caribbean and both Central and South America dating back to 2005. After much diligence the decision was made that Panama would be the country of choice and before the end of 2006 properties were being acquired. The decision was made to invest and to plan for future development through Panama.
